Vendor Information & Requirements
SELLER’S PERMITS**
The Petersburg Commissioner of the Revenue requires that all vendors have either a Producer’s Tag or a Petersburg Business License to vend in Petersburg. To obtain a Producer’s Tag or a Petersburg Business License, please contact the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office to find out which permit you qualify for. Petersburg Business Licenses are $50.00 and Producer’s Tags are free of charge.
If a vendor is not eligible for a Producer’s Tag, a vendor must have a Petersburg Business License regardless of whether or not the vendor has a business license in another jurisdiction.
